Im thinkin scar could be a go, as easy to get to.
Only problem is the surf can be very tame around there

Ah wouldn't know as this will be my 1st time there, so only one way to find out. If there are surfers out we cud just keep an eye out for them, plenty of room for both!

The 1st time I went out there I got told to piss off by the coast guard because the surfers were getting up set, thats when I started to go out to kairaki. But all good Im keen for where ever there are waves.

Have heard there are no problems if you stay away from them, legally its less than 5 knots within 200m from shore and you can't go wrong. sometimes that isnt very realistic though
