hi guys. got water in cylinders few times. twice while being towed and once while parked on beach. skies are kw550 , kw 750pro and kw750zxi. is there an ultimate solution to prevent it in future?
    thanx a lot

Block off or clamp the cooling hose that comes from your pump to cool the engine when you are been towed. This stops your engine filling up.
Or purchase a yamaha that wont need to be towed

i ran out of gas. even yamys cant run on water yet. what about being parked on beach? could waves push water throught the exaust?

yeah, kinda random, I've heard of some skis having problems with being towed, need to be towed backwards etc, but the yamaha cooling system layout doesn't seem to give any issues with this.

as for getting water in the engine while sitting on the beach, surely it'd fill up with water if it was floating also?

both issues arise from the coolant entry into the exhaust system being too close to the waterline.

seems there's one thing in common with all your problems.............
