have not checked that but didnt think that would be the issue when it only happens when the whole ski goes under water.

what kind of air filters / air box are you running?

have you tried filling engine bay about 1/4 and seeing what kiks around with hood off when running on trailer.

no holes rubbed through on that bilge pump water hose next to air box ? Ive had that happen to me before

    or
I wonder if water can channel down that water out from the head hose thats touching the front of the air box? it shouldnt be touching the air box

just throwing some idears out there mate.

i did the 1/4 filling and the water doesnt really splash around at all. I went out yesterday and seems to be the right hand side of the hood letting water in could tell this when i was turning. Any ideas

Must be one hell of a leak if you need 2 500gph pumps to keep it dry!!
where are the outlets on the bilge pumps? and do you have one way valves on them because with them switched off it just runs back freely.
Sorry might be a dumb suggestion but just helpin out with ideas...

I would say the leak is coming in and going straight into the carbs cause the bilge pumps are doing there job
