Did you get the motor running straight away?
If you get them going that day and run them for 1/2hr or so normally they are all good.
If not you will be looking at new crank etc and not much change from 2k

yeah i got it running about 4 hrs after it took on the water ,it ran good, just wondering if it is worth pulling it apart and putting new seals etc in it and clean it all up,got a price from a mate he said new seals and gaskets would cost about $250

Take the fly wheel cover off and check if front crank seal is leaking. If not leave it..But if it is ONLY use yamaha oem crank seals not wsm ones titty1 will have.

one thing to note is...if you started turning the ski over to pump the water out of the sparkplug holes you may have blown out your crank seals, your reeds , and can damage your fuel pump diaphram(s) ...

Ideally you should let as much water as possible drain out before starting to turn it over...and disconnect the pulse line(s) when turning it over to clear it .
