hey dudes are you guys running a stock hood with youre alloy poles in ya sj? anyone got custom hoods in the dalusion crew? pros & cons on custom hoods anyone?(been looking @ the waterdawg design....) cheers dudes
Im running a stock hood with my UMI pole. I think the benefits of the custom hoods is that they are more stream line and better for submersion tricks. Im guessing they are stronger too, especially the ones that have heaps of hand holds.
Yeah im running a stock hood and a umi pole. I think the idea behind a lowered stock hood is too lower the centre of gravity for doing stuff like barrell rolls.
Na the pole fits fine with the standard parts. I still have a standard pole bracket as well, just the pole and steering I changed.
That sounds feasible? how hard is it to lower a stock hood and how would you do it? just lop the top bits off and glass over it or something? and would a lowered hood be shit for letting the motor breathe?
