So I partially sunk my ski, and managed to get a fair bit of water into the engine and then it obviously woudn't start! I took it home and got most of the water out, but it still wouldn't start so I sprayed a shit load of CRC into the carb while cranking it, then some more directly down the plug holes and left it till the morning. I eventually managed to get it started today and ran it for a bit on the hose, then took it to the beach and rode it for about 2 hours and it seemed to be running great. So is the engine OK now? or do I still need to strip it? Any suggestions for further actions to prevent crank damage would be appreciated.
