I'm pulling the motor out of a Seadoo Bombardier to replace all the rusted shit. Theres no coupler like on my RN and would like to know the correct way to remove as per below.

On the RN you just slide the motor forward. What about this one?

step 1...grab a beer from the fridge
step 2...remove the fuel line from the carb and or tank
step 3...grab a box of matches
step 4...stick a match and drop it in the now full of gas hull
step 5...drink the beer stand around and laugh
step 6...ring the insurance company and say it backfired and blew up
    step 7...buy a yamaha

but if all else fails just use a camera and take pics as you pull it apart...its a spline so should just pull out

I would start by giving your mate a aids test for buying a theedoo and ban him from hanging out at Family bar, maby follow up with a lap dance @ showgirls and he should be on the road to recovery...

So I replaced the starter motor and put the motor back in. Now the problem. When I push the start button, the starter motor just goes click. It's a like a loud thud each time I push the button but doesn't crank. The battery is all charged up. Thoughts?

Thought everyone was being a bit on the harsh side about seadoos but know after a brief experience on the otherside all I can say is "dude hope that thing is burnt already!" if so burn it again just to be sure.
