    # The newly-developed stainless-steel impeller is the product of racing know-how feedback. This super-efficient, high-performance impeller design based on fluid analysis technology is superior to the existing model in both acceleration performance and its maximum speed. The boss diameter was also upsized to increase speed with higher fluid velocity inside the pump.

    # New Pump and Ride Plate position farther aft: The position of the pump itself has been moved farther aft and its intake efficiency improved to ensure stable pump performance even in rough waters.

    # Stainless Steel Impeller Housing Liner: For high durability, the liner maintains ccurate clearance tolerances between the impeller and the housing.

    yea thats all the same stuff as the 08, just new graphics...id say scotty will be right, it will be afew years before they change the design again, still basically the same as a 96 sj only a little bit of difference and still same engine.

  7. Not real hard to turn them to 760 out of the box. IMO it's an improvement.

    The yamaha didnt go to 760 for the reason that the stock exhaust is undersize for the 760 cylinder and would reduce the safety margin built into the ski

    Hardly an improvement if they are sticking pistons all over the place
  9. Fair call. Still be nice to see the 760 with an aftermarket exhaust rather than the same old.

    Everyone mods them anyway so why not have a performance option to purchase direct.

    how well are the 08 and up SJ's doing on the racing circuit against the SXR's. They changed the SJ so they beat the kawashitzu's

    Comparison

    Because I break shit, im a prick and have both, 08 and 96. Just started using 96 because 08 is broke. The 08 is more stable laterally and holds a rail better in the flat water. But the 96 is easy to back flip and the old pump has more steering throw allowing easy barrell rolls. Which was supprising because 96 is a dead stock pusser and 08 has heaps more punch due to pipe, head,msd but does not rotate laterally or longatudinally anywhere as easy as the old slut.

    fuck off hopper you can backflip that 08 off WAY smaller waves then the rest of us on our old shape shitters! I will be impressed if you can flip the 96 off tiny waves like the 08

    I shit you not son. I was suprised, it flips as good stock, as the 08 does with significantly more power. You fairies with your 760s should be backing it on chop, maybe its the pies, Need more junk in your trunk!
