Make sure you use epoxy not VE or POLY as the skis are made from epoxy.

Im just in the process of finishing my re foaming job and its lots of work.
My tray was crack so i cut that out and then de foamed it. Making a carbon tray that is wider, lighter and stronger.
Theres a bit of work in doing it.

i have just finished my defoam job ,repaired tray and installed footholds ,only took a couple of hours to remove foam but does take a while to let each stage of epoxy, glue, fibreglass dry,u can by the 2 part foam mix from a place called nuplex ,not sure if it was worth it will find out once is back on the water.
