Hi I got a 61X Blaster, and wondering if my fuel pump is working properly. How much suction should I feel when I put my finger over the carb fuel inlet and crank the engine over ?

I dout you'd feel much. Just pull it apart, have a look and clean it all out

Your fuel pressure will only be about 1-2psi at idle (if that) and 4-5psi at open throttle. Problem you have is that this is in the carb between the pump and the return outlet/barb. Just before the return barb there is a tiny hole that regulates the fuel pressure. Do what Steve has suggested - pull apart the pump and check it out. If you are unsure take some pics.

    Is your ski starving?
    Things to check
Water trap is empty and tank is breathing(leave screw out of bottom of water trap or loose)
    Clean fuel lines
    Change fuel filter
Pull carb and check everything is clean(check filter inside carb)
Also if you have a primer pump check it is not faulty and sucking air into fuel line.
Try that stuff and see how it goes
