I've split mine and need a replacement. Hose is 57mm (2 1/4 inch) internal diameter and has a roughly 60 to 70 degree bend into the waterbox. Can anybody advise of a generic radiator or silicone intercooler hose that can do the job?

    Thanks in advance.

I guess you have probably found a replacement by now, but if you go to Repco (or the equivalent) store, and get a 2 1/4 hose in a sweeping 90 degree bend, you can cut the ends off to fit the 60-70 degree bend... Same with a superjet.

The 2 1/4 90 bends are about $25-$30 - In my opinion beats paying $100 upwards for a custom silicone one which probably lasts about as long if you mount them properly

i always save the pipe from a superjet when you fit a pipe
you cut one end and thats cool
but there is two bends in the pipe and they will both work
you can get two sets out of one pipe

    Thanks, guys.

Yes, I did get fixed up. Tried Repco and the like for the 2.25 hose with no luck. Somebody on the Ozpwc site suggested Wax's method and I was lucky enough to score such a hose for $40. You have to use 2 hose clamps on the stinger end as that's only 2.00 diameter, but it works!

Would still like another complete hose as a spare, though.

    Braaap!
