Some pics of Bex on her new Blaster.
She did great for her first ride in the surf.
I just realised how much harder it is to drag yourself back onto a blaster than a SJ after getting nailed!

They are the MX bike of the surf, but a pain in the arse to get back onto in the surf...

    ***at least for me***

Another of the Ladies stepping it up alongside Paula and Kimberly...

I AGREE! getting back on in the surf is a mission - especially when you are stuffed! Pretty achey today!
They are a lot more tricky to ride than the standard sitdown... learning very quickly about how to lean into turns etc!
Had some great tuition this weekend with what to do with my feet which really helped!

Ok might be a bit hard for my girl to ride then as she just started on the raider.

she'll be sweet to jump on a blaster once she has the hang of the raider.

the blaster just requires balance. also, the lighter the rider the easier to get on / balance etc

If I can do it on my 3rd time on a ski EVER! then im sure your girl will be fine! They are way more fun than a raider! though I havent managed to spin this one...

Ok good not sounding to bad then. She had her first day out on the raider yesterday and also rode a GP 1200 thanks to XMIRS

Hi Bex ... welcome to the forum.
Blasters are a lot of fun in most conditions, definitely the best fun sit down, so I think you have made a good choice of ski.

I will have a nice purple blaster for sale shortly if anyone is after one PM me

Well bring your shit to napier this weekend and get it on!

If plenty of blasters so we can have a blaster class or just run them with the all in sitdowns like normal.

Cool ... I think I'll take my blaster instead of my superjet then.
