Here are pictures of my js300 that actually goes!! I have had this ski for about 10 years and managed about 5 tanks of gas in it that whole time due to mechanical misfortunes.

not sure of the actuall specs but i would say this powerplant has at least 20hp+ !!

couple that kind of hp together with a huge volume pump like this and you better hold on tight!

Over the past months I have been slowly collecting parts to use for this build. You cant just go buy 300 bits off the shelf nowdays so its been a bit like restoring an old rod.

    Aluminium Pole

Folded and welded Steel pole bracket (unlike cast stockers)

    Kerker js300 drypipe

So the plan is to glass reinforce the whole inner hull sides and bottom, nose and under the pole bracket, whack some footholds in and a new mat then swap everything from my running 300 over. Engine, pump and electrics. I also have a mikuni single 38 and manifold to replace the 32 thats on it standard. I have standard superjet bars and finger throttle for it and a quicksteer turnplate that came with the pole.

Also Knoxie was good enough to donate a crispy new reconditioned impellor still in its box!

Yea Ian was his name from waikauwau. That Mat is coming off today and footholds going in. I had to hack the storage compartment out on the right hand side it was a bit of a mission but ive got the footholds fitting nice and ready to glue in when I get a chance this week. I worked out where to put the footholds by measuring the distance between the bars and the front of the footholds on my superjet when the pole is down, then put the footholds in the JS hull using the same spacing.

The project is still moving along I have just stepped it up a gear this week Im having a pole bracket made this week to convert it to a RN superjet pole and wingie is sending some tubbies up for it. Im planning to do a big grind up this weekend to get it all ready for the hull reinforcement. Should be good for summer.

Il give that number a call I wouldnt mind a spare crank shaft cheers.
