1: What grips do people use and recomend? Cost vs durability vs effectivness etc

2: Front foot hold, knoxi has one as do a few others. Where did they come from? Some guy in Aus?

    3: Lowered pole bracket, Recomendations?

4: fiberglass nose cover, I need one so who makes them.

5: Wally (not sure if he is a member?) had a sweet easy to use tow rope but I completely forgot where he got it from.... It had a loop at each end and when it threaded through a towing eye/loop it just hooked back onto its self via a plastic hook. No knots etc. Good for surf conditinos. Ideas on where to get it?

    Cheers

You can get a Blowsion lowered pole bracket that doesnt have the twin tube setup so you just run your cables through one middle hole like normal, Wally got that rope from the states. I have some stuff coming from RP in aussie so can enquire in a front foothold. Roger has the ODI grips as well as your tow loop.

Personally I do not like odi grips, as the material goes gummy and gets all over everything. They run $20 USD but I'm sure the Dealer here will rip you off...

I use Seadoo RXP grips as they are a large diameter for my big hands, but also have a 1" extension built in making your bars a bit more wide.

Stay away from double breather tubes, unless you are converting to hood tricks and freestyle...

I just use mountain bike grips ...you can get the same clamp-on types....just make sure the clamp bits aren't steel . (most are ally tho). www.torpedo7.co.nz normally has a few.

I got the front foothold off Watty ( Random Performance ) in Aus.

Yeah same here with the mountain bike lock on grips they are cheap and thinner so the throttle lever clears them and they come in a bunch of colors which lucas used to get off over.
I buy them from the advanti plus store in mt wellington but you can buy online

Shit that is a huge link!

anyway i have the mold for making glass nose cones they are the same as stock but without the holes.

Thanks guys, Have the tow loop sorted and a few other peices are underway.

I tryed Random performance but couldnt get there web site to work. Even the contact email (info@rpcrew.com) didnt go through. What contact details have you got for them Norm?

For the bracket I will be using my standard pole so dont really want breather holes.
