I broke the duct on my blaster just before xmas, got Roger to bring over a Jet Dynamics alloy duct, took a little bit of grinding to make it fit...
I've got a set of .75mm over prox pistons and rings, pulled after about 10-12hrs due to cracked cylinder, cost me 400 in jan 08 - open to offers

3/4 out on top, middle and bottom closed pipe doesnt seem all that hot so could probably be closed up some more? I am wary of flywheel lightening...
The cases havent been touched, i'm pretty stoked with the power at the moment it hits hard in the midrange but could do with a little more punch down...

Thanks :) The rear piston and head dome had some nasty pitting from detonation so i assume it was just too lean, not sure whether it was tuning on...
I bought this from trademe a couple of weeks before xmas to replace my 93 blaster, it looked like a minter with factory pipe and 'recently rebuilt...
ok, a bit tricky getting verniers in there but it looks like 87mm to the bottom and 85mm to the top
