Superjet only fires when I keep pumping the primer. Would this point no to no fuel getting to the carbs?

Anyone qualified that you would recommend looking at this.

Back in with a 701 superjet that has a full battery but the cranking is slow.

I've turned the motor by hand, battery leads get really hot.

I have had a bit of a hunt around I see there is a few variations on the bars (0 degrees 4 degrees offset etc) and steering plates. Not really sure what any of this means as far as ride improvement. Bearings don't seem to have much/any slop, but she's pretty noisy..
