backflip advise

    Just wondering have you got advise on how to do a backflip. a few of us are keen to try. have you got any tips on how to do it and is there anything the ski must have?

    Captn is the best to answer this.
    Stock rideplate, hit the wave as it is breaking, pull back and gas it looking back. Hitting the wave at the right time is the key.
