Hay guys ive got a set of barrels (61x) that I have been thinking about putting bb sleeves in. Has anyone done this? I have a set of cases too 62t that ill put them on. I know they need to be fly cut etc etc. Just seen what people have done? And where they got the bits from.

There is 2 types around..the big bore sleeves take the yami pistons upto 86mm (790cc )…then there is the ‘super bore’ big bore sleeves that take 89-91mm pistons (seadoo 951 I think) which gives around 850cc..

There is the following types that I know of:

    - Northwest Sleeve (part # 1588BB) http://www.nwsleeve.com/

    - Watcon (very similar to the northwest sleeve) https://www.watcon.com/engine/cylinder- ... ore-sleeve

    - User '#ZERO' on X-H20 forum has his own custom made sleeves (made by Northwest sleeve) that are supposed to be pretty good

    - LA sleeve (part # YA5187) I believe these are pretty much same as a stock 760 cylinder (have same higher port timing as the oem 760) http://www.lasleeve.com/

    - R&D Dominator sleeves (no longer made??)

    - Blowsion BB sleeves http://www.blowsion.com/yamaha-785-big- ... s-blowsion

    - Blowsion superbore sleeves – will need to use with blowsion or ada superbore head with these
